I have arbitrarily decided that the test of anyone's true coffee ability rests with the cappuccino. So, I am starting a journey of Edmonton cappuccino's. My goal is to find the best one in the city. There won't be any prize at the end, no fanfare. In fact, I doubt anyone will even know this is going on. But that's okay. Because that means that I will know where the best cappuccino in the city is. And I want to go there.
